VEIL – Account Deletion Request

To request account deletion, use Settings > Delete Account in the VEIL app. If you cannot access the app, you may initiate a request by email using the link below.

Include your VEIL username and registered email address to help us identify the account. Never send your password, verification codes, identity documents or private photographs.

After account ownership is verified, the account and related data are processed for deletion, except records legally required to be retained. Submitting a request does not mean the account is instantly deleted.
